Counting Macros is NOT a diet. It's a way to educate and inform yourself on what is optimal for YOUR unique goals.

Carbohydrates are primarily a source of immediate energy for all of your body’s cells. Whole food sources of carbs are very beneficial to have in the diet and provide women with the energy for workouts and many nutrients the body needs to thrive.
Fats are crucial for the health of every single cell in our body. Fats play a key role in hormone production and energy, which are extremely important for women. We need to make sure we get fats from high quality whole food sources!
Protein is the building block of our cells. We need adequate protein for exercise recovery, muscle building, and so much more! Protein is one of the macros that most women always fall short on.
Vilifying any one macronutrient is not the way to optimal health! We need ALL 3 Macros in our diets to thrive. And most importantly, we need all of them if we plan on actually sticking to our goals and finding success long term!
Restriction is NOT the answer. No one can do that forever, no matter who much will power you may have started with. The BEST way to succeed with any nutrition plan is to choose the foods that you enjoy, that are going to give you the nutrients your body needs, and that are coming from a balanced amount of carbohydrates, fats, AND protein.

No, we will not be providing refunds for this particular program.
What if I can't join live?
There will be replays available for 1 week after each live meeting, so you have plenty of time to watch and catch up! You can also send your questions ahead of time if you can't join live.
I'm gluten free/dairy free/vegetarian/etc, is this program ok for me?
YES! This program has NO particular diet focus. Its main purpose is to teach you how to balance your food choices in a way that suits your individual needs.
Will I lose weight on this program?
If you choose a macronutrient ratio that supports a fat loss goal, then it's definitely possible you may see some results. However, there is never a guarantee as to how much fat loss or how long it will take for your body to respond.
