Most women have greater success in reaching their fitness and health goals when they have a plan and a strategy to follow.

And it ALL starts with tracking your food!

Do you know if you're getting the right amounts of carbs, fats, and protein?

Does tracking your food feel daunting and exhausting to you?

Feeling sluggish, tired, and worn out most days of the week?

Have you cut out entire food groups only to "fail" after a week?

Confused on where to even start with your nutrition plan as an active female?

Join The Macro Fit Program!!

We've all been there...you start then stop, start then stop. You hop from program to program trying to find the perfect diet that will solve all your problems.

But the beauty of macro tracking is that you're not following anyone's diet plan. You're simply making sure that you're getting the right amounts of food that YOUR body needs in order to feel your best!

Counting Macros is NOT a diet. It's a way to educate and inform yourself on what is optimal for YOUR unique goals.

Some Benefits of Tracking Your Macros:

Feel Better

More Energy

Improve Mood

Optimize Hormones

Reduce Cravings

Burn Fat More Effectively

Decrease Hunger

Stronger Workouts

Tracking Your Macros Doesn't Exclude ANY

Food Group!

Carbohydrates are primarily a source of immediate energy for all of your body’s cells. Whole food sources of carbs are very beneficial to have in the diet and provide women with the energy for workouts and many nutrients the body needs to thrive.

Fats are crucial for the health of every single cell in our body. Fats play a key role in hormone production and energy, which are extremely important for women. We need to make sure we get fats from high quality whole food sources!

Protein is the building block of our cells. We need adequate protein for exercise recovery, muscle building, and so much more! Protein is one of the macros that most women always fall short on.

Vilifying any one macronutrient is not the way to optimal health! We need ALL 3 Macros in our diets to thrive. And most importantly, we need all of them if we plan on actually sticking to our goals and finding success long term!

Restriction is NOT the answer. No one can do that forever, no matter who much will power you may have started with. The BEST way to succeed with any nutrition plan is to choose the foods that you enjoy, that are going to give you the nutrients your body needs, and that are coming from a balanced amount of carbohydrates, fats, AND protein.

Rinse and Repeat and you have a recipe for SUCCESS!
